Filmeditors.org is the international version of the successful Filmeditors.nl project. It was started by three befriended experienced feature film editors from the Netherlands, not only as a social event where film editors would meet socially on a regular basis, but more so as a means for all of our colleagues - as well as film students - to share experiences, enter lively debates about our wonderful profession, and to inspire each other.
In association with the
Binger Filmlab
we intend to invite film editors from all over the world to
come to Holland and talk about the art, craft and practice
of their profession. The primary target audience would be
professional editors (from around the world), the secundary
target audience would consist of film students with a
specific interest in film editing, and Binger Filmlab
attendants.
